Engenia is characterised by organising high quality, up to date, practically usable and customer oriented courses in the fields of technology, process improvement and personal skills.

The course are held both in open enrollment format as well as in-company tailored, covering the Benelux.
If one or more attendees does not master the Dutch language sufficiently the course will be held in English.
Members of the Mikrocentrum High Tech Platform are entitled to a 10% discount on the course price.
As an independent knowledge institution Mikrocentrum wants to contribute to the improvement of technical and business processes of companies active as OEM or manufacturing supplier in the technical-industrial environment situated in The Netherlands and/or Belgium.
Mikrocentrum achieves this by organising meetings in which a combination of knowledge transfer and business networking are the focus.
The most important activities are:
-Trainings and courses;
-Events, about 50 smaller and larger ones each year;
-The High Tech Platform: about 500 members;
Mikrocentrum has an extensive relationship network in industry, government and in scientific and educational institutions.
On a yearly basis around 5.000 companies and 20.000 people participate in Mikrocentrum activities.
